We look at leadership styles and when and how to adapt yours, motivating team members, communicating with your team, providing feedback, setting goals, targets and objectives and coaching to develop skills and improve performance.
In-Person Open Course Location
Our Leadership Skills Training Course in Dublin is delivered from the Jurys Inn Hotel.
The venue is located on Parnell Street and has light and bright meeting rooms with air conditioning and natural light.
Refreshments are available throughout the day from the delegate refreshment stations and a hot buffet lunch will be provided from the on-site restaurant.
The venue is located just off O’Connoll street, providing excellent bus and Luas links. Main train stations are nearby.
Paid parking is available nearby.
We may substitute this venue. When we do the venue will be in Dublin city centre.
All venues are provisional and confirmed 14 days before the course date. Where an alternative venue is used, it will be no further than 10-15 minutes walk from the venue above.
In-House Delivery
We can also deliver this Leadership Skills course just for your organisation. We can do this in-person at your office or a location of your choice or as a live virtual training course. We can deliver this via Zoom, Teams, Webex or any other platform that you are currently using and comfortable with.
